3 Core Flat Cables with CCA Conductor
Finolex makes 3 Core Flat Cables best suited for the submersible application and manufactured with a conductor using annealed bare Copper Clad Aluminium (CCA) conductor wires of electrolytic grade, bunched properly to ensure desired flexibility. The grey-colored sheath with uniform thickness of moisture resistant type PVC (Grade ST1) compound manufactured and formulated in-house, is extruded over these colored cores in a flat formation. The cables go through stringent quality checks during raw materials, in-process and final testing as per the laid down specifications and the quality norms. The cables are available with voltage printed on the sheath, progressive sequential marking, company name, and size.
PVC Insulated Winding Wires:
Finolex winding wires with solid annealed bare copper conductors are insulated with a superior grade HR PVC compound manufactured and formulated in-house to give it the necessary electrical strength and resistance to abrasion. These wires are ISI marked and are as per IS 8783: Part 4 / Sec. 1:1995. Finolex also provides winding wires insulated with an HR PVC compound for higher HP submersible pump motors.
3 Core Flat Cables (PVC & XLPE):
These cables provide energy to submersible pump motors. The individual conductors of bright electrolytic grade copper are drawn, annealed, and clustered to ensure uniform resistance and flexibility. These cores are insulated with a high di-electric grade PVC compound. The outer sheath is made of a special grade abrasion-resistant PVC compound impervious to grease, water, oil, etc. Also, 3 Core Flat Cables are provided with thermoset type XLPE insulation with HR PVC outer jacket.
